What goes up…,

7 02 2011

Good early morning or late night to others, however you decide to put it. I’m so excited to finally receive the inspiration to start blogging again. After shutting down my facebook at the beginning of the year. I recently made a choice that I can take my life to higher levels. How u might ask simple… Elevating my Species…. A few of the aspects in elevating my species are to remove dead weight, yes I said it dead weight. Many of us have it, and I am not speaking of the extra pounds that one has after the holidays. I’m speaking of the useless company you may keep, old flings, or bar addicted friends that have neither the courage or willingness to elevate themselves so they try to bring you and everybody including their mother down. This is a new season a new day, this is the year of magic… (no really it is, look it up) it’s time to fly ladies and gentleman, and fly we shall.
I will be posting the next steps towards my elevation, please feel free to join in, I welcome all responses.

Im back

I would like to thank everyone that has persuaded me to continue writing on the Elevated Species Blog, I guarantee you I will have 2-3 great post every month, and please look forward to some great interviews with millionaires, entrepreneurs, and revolutionaries.
Much love, respect, and Success

Real Estate Doom & Boom

25 07 2008

While most Americans may be feeling the harsh realities of the Real Estate Doom, their is a whole other sector feeling the Real Estate Boom.

Over the next few years you will begin to witness the largest transfer of wealth ever known to man. After the transfer of wealth, where will we live? Not your average $500,000 home in the suburbs, that is absurd. We will be living in the 4 bdrm penthouse in the city, and the 5 resort like mansions spanning Malibu to Dubai.

And what better company to satisfy our real estate needs than Sotheby’s.

If you do not gross over $260,000 a year, chances are you do not need the services of Sotheby’s, But for those like my friends and I, we do. May I elevate your mind on how Sotheby’s became to be the wealthy’s realty of choice.

Since the founding of the Sotheby’s auction house in 1744, the Sotheby’s name has earned renown as a marketer for many of the world’s most valuable and prestigious possessions. The Sotheby’s International Realty® organization began in 1976, in part to serve clients desiring a complete package of estate disposition services, and soon became known for representing extraordinary luxury real estate throughout the world.

Sotheby’s not only control sales of todays most prestigous homes of yesterday and today, but they also control the auction house market.

MayBach Exelero

The Maybach high-performance show car “Exelero” was unveiled to the world for the first time this afternoon in the Tempodrom in Berlin. The 700-hp two-seater with a V-12 biturbo engine is a unique custom model produced for Fulda Reifenwerke, which is using the Maybach Exelero as a reference vehicle for a newly developed generation of wide tyres. The German manufacturer of luxury cars built the unique model as a modern interpretation of its legendary streamlined sports car from the 1930s, thereby forging a link with the historical predecessor, which at that time was likewise based on a powerful Maybach automobile (SW 38) and used by Fulda for tyre tests.
The Exelero embodies the highest expression to date of the Maybach individualisation strategy of offering specific custom solutions on request. In initial tests on the high-speed track in Nardo (Italy), the unique vehicle reached a top speed of 351.45 km/h (FIA*-standard unit of measurement). Developers at Maybach designed the custom model with the participation of students from Pforzheim College. The Exelero was built by the prototype specialists at Stola in Turin (Italy). There are no plans to produce the model in series.
